Based upon co-operative values, norms and principles in realization of the common need of members' socio-cultural, moral and economic well being to face the accidental losses, risks and uncertainities in the course of living a joint venture of 41 members including Social, Businessman and Professionals established "Co-operative Services Security Fund Ltd" (COSELI) with a collective help, effort and capital by managing various reliable security tools as per the Nepal Co –operative Act .2048 B.S, Section 12, Sub-section 1. This Co-operativeis registered under Nepal Government Co-operative Department with a registration no. 969/063/64 on 2063/4/7 B.S. and has started its business formally by issuing contract paper and policies from 2063/04/16 B.S to its members only

With an authorised capital of Rs. 1 crore, this Co-operative organisation has its own commom seal and is a democratic Organization.

We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a new and innovative cooperative insurance Fund registered first time in Kathmandu under the Nepal Cooperative Act – 1990, operated only from August 01, 2006 having individual and institutional 82 members.
